We select the appropriate factory for each project based on the certification, capacity, and engineering capability required. For projects requiring UL, CE, or other specific certifications not held by our existing partners, we identify and qualify additional factories on a project basis.

(徐州天宏电力科技) — one of China's qualified MV/HV transformer manufacturers — to serve as their international trade and engineering partner. Tianhong operates ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified production lines, holds UL (US/Canada), CE (EU Machinery Directive), CCC (China mandatory), and 3A Credit certifications, and has delivered transformers to utility and EPC projects across South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
When you contract Apex Power Systems for a project, you are contracting a Tianhong-qualified engineering team with direct factory access — not a broker reselling another factory's product.

How We Apply Standards to Your Project
Every project goes through four standard-setting checkpoints before production begins, ensuring the delivered transformer meets the exact certification scope you need.
Specification Review
For every project, our engineering team reviews the applicable standards against your destination country, grid code, and environmental conditions.
Partner Factory Audit
We only work with factories whose certificates are current, scope-appropriate, and verifiable through the issuing body. We audit production capability before engagement.
Document Verification
Each project quotation is accompanied by a Certification Coverage Note listing the standards, certificate numbers, and validity periods relevant to your shipment.
Witness Testing
Where required by your contract, we arrange third-party or in-house witness of type and routine tests at the factory. Test reports are issued in English per IEC 60076 format.
